At OwlyraBooks, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and timely delivery experience—whether you're downloading an eBook or waiting for your paperback to arrive at your doorstep. Please review the details of our Shipping & Delivery Policy below.
For Digital Products (eBooks & Downloads)
- Delivery Method: Instant digital download via email or direct download link after successful payment.
- Delivery Time: Immediately after purchase confirmation.

For Physical Products (Paperback Books)
- Shipping Location: We currently deliver paperbacks across India
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Courier Partners: We ship through trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.
Payment Methods
We currently support the following payment modes:
- ✅ Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets)
- ✅ Partial COD (Cash on Delivery) – a small prepaid amount is required to confirm COD orders to reduce RTO (Return to Origin) issues.
🚫 Note: We do not offer full COD (Cash on Delivery) due to high return rates and logistics challenges.
Order Tracking - Once your paperback is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email containing your tracking ID and link. You can use this to monitor the real-time status of your delivery.
Packaging & Protection - We take utmost care to ensure your books arrive in mint condition. All paperbacks are packed securely in tamper-proof packaging to protect them from damage during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package with clear photos at owlyraofficial@gmail.com, and we will assist you promptly.
Delivery Delays - While we aim to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Weather conditions or natural disruptions
- Courier delays in remote or containment zones
- Incorrect shipping address or unreachable phone number
We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
❌ Failed Deliveries & RTO (Return to Origin)
If a parcel is undelivered due to incomplete address, non-response from the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, the order will be returned to us (RTO). For reshipment, an additional shipping fee may apply.
Can I Change My Address After Ordering? - Address changes can only be made within 6 hours of placing your order. After that, the order is already processed and handed over to the courier partner.
