Return & Refund Policy
At OwlyraBooks, we’re committed to delivering a satisfying reading experience—whether you're holding one of our beautifully printed paperbacks or diving into a digital download. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.
1. Physical Books – Returns & Refunds
We take great care in packaging and shipping our physical books. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect book, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Return:
- Returns are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt) and clear images of the damaged or incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Books returned after 7 days of delivery.
- Books that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in their original condition.
- Books purchased during sales or promotional offers, unless they are damaged or incorrect.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned book, we’ll notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.
- Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. Digital Books (eBooks) – Non-Refundable
Due to the nature of digital products, all eBook sales are final.
Why We Can’t Offer Refunds on Digital Products:
Once a digital file has been delivered (via download link or email), it cannot be returned. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on eBooks unless:
- You were charged more than once for the same item.
- You never received your digital file after purchase (we will first attempt to resend it).
If you're facing any issue with your download or didn't receive your eBook, please contact us at owlyraofficial@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.
3. Order Cancellations
Physical Books:
- Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, or before the item is shipped, whichever comes first.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Digital Books: As delivery is instant, cancellations are not applicable for eBooks once the payment is completed.
